General Notice
The purchased product complies with the General Safety Rules and Environmental
Regulations defined by the EU.
The product is designed for a temperature range of -10°C till +60°C, unless otherwise
stated.
For any additional information, please refer to the product-based data sheets.
Suction mounts are only to be used on smooth, clean surfaces for a limited fixing period. These products are not permanent fixed mounts.
Only use a device that is appropriate for the mounting systems. The size and weight of a
device not in accordance to the appropriate mounting system may become ineffective.
Bike and motorcycle mounts have a speed limit of max. 120 km/h and a weight limit of
of max. 300 g for the device.
Failure to observe these recommendations may result in a device becoming loose and damaged. Consequential damages due to dropped mounting systems and devices cannot be excluded.
Please keep all security notices and documentation (e.g. brief instruction, user guide
and CD) together with your electronic device. If you pass the product to a third person,
please insure to provide all documentation.
Cleaning
Do not use any cleaning sprays or any other chemical solution containing alcohol or other
inflammable liquids for cleaning.
Repair
The repairing of the product must only be carried out by authorized skilled personnel.
Risk to the user may occur by unauthorized opening and improper repair (in particular
danger of malfunction, loose parts, fire hazard).
Transportation and Maintenance
Protect the product especially from shocks, contamination, intense solar radiation, humidity and electrostatic charge.
Do not drop the device and do not expose the device to strong vibrations.
External Power Supply
Only use the given battery and the supplied line charger for the power supply of the product. For further information please refer to the user guide of the product. Only use line
adapters and chargers that were approved for your product.
Please follow the advice on the user guide or any other guides of the product when connecting and disconnecting the cables.
Adapters that are used in cars may only be used with adult surveillance.
Do not leave the product in an environment with bad air circulation when turned on.
Otherwise damage to the product or even fire may be caused.
Do not store the charger, line adapter, accumulator and battery near a heat source (e.g. heating, intense solar radiation). Chargers and line adapters may catch fire due to
excessive heat.
Disconnect these from the internal power supply when leaving the car.
Make sure to keep the contacts of your power supply clean. Connection adapters may get
very hot in the car. Do not cover the air vents of the connecting adapter.
Please read the enclosed product-based safety and user advices.
Do not use damaged cables (particularly damaged insulation, uninsulated wires).
Defective cables may cause danger of an electric shock or fire hazard.
Devices with Batteries
Only use batteries that have been approved for your device (Refer to your device’s user
guide). Batteries must not be recharged (danger of explosion).
Batteries may cause danger such as fire hazard caused by any improper handling.
Avoid any opening, screwing or compressing of batteries.
Keep batteries away from children, especially infants. Batteries may be swallowed and may cause risk of injury.
Mounting and Handling
Please do not mount the product near an airbag or within an area where mount could hurt
head or body in case of an accident.
The product is designed for fixation to the windshield, air vent or headrest.
Please note the following with products that use electric line installation:
Install the cables the way that will not constitute a source of danger (risk of stumbling,
driver obstruction) and will not get damaged.
Note all corresponding security notices, user guides and other guides of the product when
installing the cables.
The mounting of the product and also other accessories must not affect the driver in any way.
Do not operate, mount or adjust this or any other product while driving. Do not grasp or look for dropped objects while driving.
Precaution with Children
To avoid any injuries please make sure that the following devices and objects are out of reach of children and infants.
Small parts, batteries, screws, cables and packaging material (e.g. plastic bags) could easily be swallowed.
Attention!
No liability is taken for damages resulting through any misuse of the product or nonobservance of the security advices.
